Joe Jonas Breaks up with Camilla Belle

There are millions of girls, mainly under the age of eighteen, who were delighted when it was announced that Joe Jonas had broken up with actress Camilla Belle. But the teen heart throb himself seemed to be far from happy about the turn of events this week. In a number of videos making the rounds and YouTube and other video sites the middle Jonas is shown crying his way through several of his songs at a show in Detroit.

The 19 year old New Jersey native, still a teen himself, had been dating the 22 year old actress for about six months, following a very nasty split from fellow teen sensation Taylor Swift. Swift told Ellen Degeneres that Joe was so callous that he broke off their relationship via text message, something Joe denied on his MySpace page the very next day writing “it’s hard to talk to someone when they won’t answer the phone.”

This time it seems like Joe was the one left broken hearted. Videos show him visibly shaken and girls in the crowd can be heard screaming “Joe’s crying, look, Joe’s crying”. Some concert goers claimed that he changed some of his own lyrics as well to suit his somber mood and newly single status, but that is not on tape so remains debatable.

Joe and Camilla met last year when she was hired to be in the Jonas Brother’s “LoveBug “video. They were often seen together but Joe never formally admitted she was his “girlfriend”. When news of the break up cam though Bell’s rep confirmed it saying “there is no third party involved and they remain friends”.

The two youngest Jonas brothers may have millions of girls who would willingly trade body parts in return for a date with them but when it comes to actual dating neither seems to have much luck. Nick Jonas has been involved in a messy on and off romance with Miley Cyrus for a couple of years, one that last year produced the kind of back and forth that Mariah Carey and Eminem are currently involved in (minus the X rated language) with Miley hitting the charts with “Seven Things I Hate About You” and Nick responding with the self penned “Video Girl”, a not so subtle jab at his Disney star former girlfriend. This summer he hinted that the two were past their issues, but “Hannah Montana” is still hitting the town with model Justin Gaston.

Perhaps Joe and Nick should just stop dating other celebrities. Their brother Kevin recently announced his engagement to Danielle Delessa, a normal girl next door from the New  Jersey town they all grew up in.
